New site allows fans to support her
Chicago, IL, August 15, 2022 – Fairway resident and University of Illinois volleyball player Sarah Bingham has officially signed a ‘name, image, likeness’ (NIL) deal with NextName which offers fans the opportunity to support her through the sale of her personal digital collectibles, also known as non-fungible tokens (NFT). The collectibles are robust media file with images, music, school logo, and playing statistics. Bingham directly receives the majority of proceeds from the sale of her digital collectibles.
NextName is excited to welcome Bingham to the platform and invites fans to show their support by purchasing her digital collectibles here:
Bingham graduated from Shawnee Mission East High School where she was a four-year varsity volleyball starter and two-year team caption. She was also a four-time Kansas Volleyball Association (KVA) First-Team All-Academic and a Prep Dig No. 3 ranked player in Kanas in 2020. As a red-shirt freshman she did not see action in her first season with the Fighting Illini, but we look forward to many great things to come.
NextName is a platform designed to support college athletes and teams through the sale of digital collectibles. With just a few clicks, fans can purchase collectibles bearing the name, image, and likeness (NIL) of their favorites. In doing so, NextName provides fans an opportunity to help student-athletes maximize their personal band and share in the success of college athletics. Following the initial University of Illinois launch, NextName plans to expand its digital collectibles platform to include athletes and universities across the country.
